Right of refund and return
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot mainly be attributed to his commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of return
You have the right to revoke this agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in the context of a uniform order and these have been or will be delivered uniformly;

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods in one order and these are delivered separately;

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first goods, provided that goods are delivered as part of an order during a certain period for regular delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must provide a clear statement (e.g. sent by post or email) informing you of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, which must be delivered immediately and at the time indicated be refunded). at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any costs for this refund.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Reasons for exclusion or expiration date

The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements

– for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
– for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
– for the supply of alcoholic drinks, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the agreement, but which cannot be delivered earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the agreement and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market in which the entrepreneur there is no influence;
– for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

In the case of agreements, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely

– for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygienic reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery;
– for the delivery of goods if, by their nature, they are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
– to deliver audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
