Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery only takes place within the Netherlands.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

We charge a fixed rate of €6.45 per order.

We provide free shipping on orders over €60.00.

Delivery times

Unless a different term is stated in the relevant offer, the goods will be delivered within the Netherlands within 3 – 5 working days after the conclusion of the agreement (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
